Wendy's painting "Kleinburg Village on a September Sunday" was selected by the prestigious McMichael Canadian Art Collection to be on exhibit as part of the 2023 Plein Air Competition. The painting was on display at the McMichael Gallerty from December 2023 until June 2024 and can still be seen virtually on the McMichael web-site.

    Artist Wendy Pride is an oil painter passionate about both the effects of light and the impact of colour.  She has achieved associate membership with the Oil Painters of America. She paints in the impressionist style and studied at the Cape Cod and Scottsdale Arizona Schools of Art under the mentorship of artists Tom Browning, Joyce Pike, Charles Sovek and others. She previously exhibited in the Algoma region including at the popular invitational “Four and Friends” show.  She is active in the Greater Toronto Area art community, exhibiting and educating.
